We started the last day sitting down with Mathios Rigas, CEO of Energean to talk about why they are continuing to invest in Egypt’s energy sector. We then had a good discussion with David Chi from Apache, who touched on why Egyps is such an important event for them. It was a pleasure to have Sara Akbar, CEO of Oilserv, where we discussed the impact of the global pandemic on the energy sector. Finally, it was great to see Dawn Summers, COO of Wintershall Dea and talk about working with Egypt during its transition into a regional energy hub.
