In a studio interview, Julian Walker speaks with Abdallah Kalbani, eDtL Project Lead from Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), to talk about PDO’s vision for digital drilling and how the company is using several SLB solutions through the eDtL project including RigHour, RTDS, Drilling interpretation, Reporting and Wellbarrier. Abdallah touched on the challenges PDO faces today when it comes to drilling and how the eDtL project is evolving and incorporating automation workflows to help solve these challenges.
