COP28: getting industrial policies right will speed up the transition
Dec 11, 2023 by Energy Connects
In an exclusive studio interview from COP28, Chiranjib Sengupta speaks to Katherine Dixon, Partner at Bain and Company, about the enablers of and barriers to the global energy transition, and how the right mix of policies will certainly speed it up.
Katherine, who leads Bain’s Global Energy Transition Policy Centre and is the co-author of its Corporate Climate Stocktake 2023, also talks about the urgent need to adopt sector-specific plans and actions to tackle climate change, and why governments must relearn the art of multilateralism on the journey to a net zero future.
