Halliburton sees drilling automation as the future of drilling

In an exclusive studio interview from ADIPEC 2023, Julian Walker spoke to Jim Collins, Vice President, Halliburton Sperry Drilling and Amr Hassan, Strategic Business Manager, Drilling at Halliburton, about why drilling automation is the technology of the future. Jim highlighted the company’s new drilling technology PulseStar that Halliburton launched at ADIPEC and why it was an example of the future of drilling. Amr touched on what has changed for drilling automation in the last couple years and the benefits operators get from the technology.
