In an exclusive studio interview from India Energy Week 2025, Chiranjib Sengupta spoke to Richard Baker, Head of China and APAC lead for Energy Transition, and Ketan Pednekar, Senior Trade Specialist for Energy Transition, both at Scottish Development International (SDI), to understand how Scotland and India can work together to unlock new opportunities for a clean-energy future. Richard and Ketan outlined the role and activities of SDI around the world and in India, and how the Scottish government agency is helping overcome the challenges of navigating the energy transition with its expertise. They also highlighted the role of Scottish companies in fostering increased collaboration with India in the energy sector.
