Empowering Asia's future mobility: insights on clean energy collaboration

In an exclusive interview ahead of Future Mobility Asia, Nour Eltigani spoke to Dr. Jamil Masud, Partner and Director at Hagler Bailly Pakistan, regarding Asia’s role in the global energy transition, strategies for accelerating sustainable energy adoption as well as the most pressing challenges for clean energy adoption in the region. Dr. Jamil highlighted how climate goals will influence the way forward for the global economy, including the mobility sector. He also touched on the various opportunities Pakistan offers to global stakeholders to drive advance clean energy initiatives in the mobility sector, alongside initiatives the government has in place to increase the market share of new EV sales to 30% by 2030.
