EIC driving global investments in energy transformation
Nov 18, 2024 by Energy ConnectsIn an exclusive studio interview at ADIPEC 2024, Chiranjib Sengupta sat down with Stuart Broadley, CEO of Energy Industries Council (EIC), to discuss how the council is expanding its presence beyond the UK to become a global voice for energy investments and the supply chain – with 100 global members including some of the world’s best-known energy companies. Talking about how the EIC organised the biggest UK Pavilion ever and its biggest anywhere in the world at ADIPEC this year, Stuart outlined why it is the world’s most significant energy event and his most loved show. He also touched on why companies need to approach the energy transition as a process of transformation, and how, for more than eight decades, the EIC has been a strong advocate of facilitating international trade and building trust for a better world.
